Ten well known IDG Italian brands (Aia, Amica Chips, Bauli, Conserve Italia,G. B. Ambrosoli, Gennaro Auricchio, Orogel, Parmalat, Parmareggio and Filippo Berio) together in a single booth of 126 sqm.
At the heart of the area a professional kitchen, sponsored by Angelo Po, where a young Tuscan and promising chef Stefano Pinciaroli will prepare special dishes to give our visitors an opportunity to try and appreciate the Italian products.

Our aim is to spread the taste and the Italian way of eating all over the world with the high- quality products of the companies who are partners in the consortium.

From October 10-14, 2009, Italian food and wine will be on display at Anuga in Cologne. Twenty-three of the leading Italian companies in the food and wine sector will be present in an area dedicated to the Consorzio Italia del Gusto (Halle 4.1 C011 D 018) which brings together several of the best known “Made in Italy” food and beverage brands: Amica Chips, Auricchio, Barilla, Bauli, Filippo Berio, Cirio, Delicius, Food, Gancia, Gruppo Italiano Vini, Medusa, Noberasco, Orogel, Parmalat,Parmareggio, Ponti, Giovanni Rana, Riso Gallo, Santa Margherita, Sapori, Sartori, Valsoia e Casa Vinicola Zonin.
